  Summary

  i dont intend to write an indepth summary because i really need to finish my assignment. however, i feel like i need to spare some time to say that although the website looks like a scam and absolutely and i mean ABSOLUTELY horrible (i exaggerated), the program isn't that bad. i had to download off cbs and god help me, it was horrible finding a way to download their videos (do you think they'll see this and fine me? hope not). but this program worked. it actually worked - despite the error messages now and then. SO i recommend using it for websites that are extremely difficult to download off. when you're done, uninstall and install when needed. well, at least i am. in case they have viruses or something. i dont know. just in case. done. wish me luck on my assignment.

  I have searched everywhere for a good free video downloader that would download not just from youtube, but from sites like Yahoo TV

  Must run as administrator in Vista/7 otherwise a whole load of errors pop up.

  Summary

  OMG. I have been searching long and wide for a video downloader that would work with Yahoo! TV. I didn't want a Youtube downloader. I wanted a downloader that would work with more websites, especially Yahoo! 7 TV! The website looks unpromising and almost looks like a scam. However the software I can say is genuine and is the first to even work!!! Orbit Downloaded ads, Free Video Zilla did nothing as did a whole bunch of others i uninstalled. This is the video downloader guys! the best the best the best!

  I have searched and searched for a FREE good quality downloader that would download from a variety of video sites, including rtmp videos. Finally a downloader of videos that really does what it says it will do. I thank the makers of Foxreal and CNET.

  After months of searching the net for video downloaders, (I must have tried 30 or more different "loaders," including a $40.00 paid version that didn't work as promised,) I am so pleased with Foxreal. It is free, it works like it says it will, very easy to use, excellent tutorials if you need help, lots of options, speedy downloads, can download from multiple websites. Downloads youtube videos faster than other free downloaders I've tried. I would highly recommend this wonderful app for anyone.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Jul 18, 2011<p/>Since I posted this review for Foxreal....it now will only work on youtube, and possibly some other sites. It won't work on rtmp sites anymore; this is primarily what I used it for initially. I'ts still a nice downloader; does a great job with youtube and probably works with quite a few other sites; just not with the ones I wanted. I uninstalled foxreal and have recently installed getgo download manager which works better yet with youtube. It integrates right in with firefox, and makes downloading youtube vids very easy and fast.
