Pros: fast to launch
Cons: the options are a bit badly designed. no import function, relies on manual input or dragndrop.

Version: Fast Launcher 3.5
Pros: It places an icon in the tray bar: press it, and program bar you configure appears on the screen -- auto hide feature. You create groups or add individual programs. And you can save everything.
Cons: Placing your programs [shortcut] on bar can be time-consuming, but I don't mind...benefits outweighs the time-consuming placement.

"Tab launchpad is WAAAAAAAY better!!!!"
Pros: not much
Cons: It is very clunky and not very easily customizable. Try tab launchpad. ( I don't think you can get it if you don't have object desktop)

Pros: Well I liked that it kept me entertained putting my software in it
Cons: Fast Launch is obsolete. You need to add programs manually (takes a while) and Window s's own quick launch is much better, faster, more convenient, and just plain faster, just use quick launch people don't waste your time with this
