From Nikolay Avrionov:ExplorerXP is a very fast, small, compact and innovative FREEWARE (for non - commercial use) file manager for Windows 2000/XP. Unlike the regular Windows Explorer, it displays the total size of each folder and allows you to browse multiple folders from a tabbed interface. It allows you to view, edit, copy, move, rename and delete files and folders within a drag-and-drop interface. Features - Tabbed interface, folder size information, real size of compressed files & folders Merge & Split tools, wildcard selections, advanced copy/move.
Version 1.07 Ampersand (&) in the file names shown as "_" on the tabs - Fixed,Replace all going into infinite loop - Fixed,Improved startup speed,Go Menu . "Up", "Back", "Forward" commands can be assigned to accelerators,Add folder to groups.

Pros: Tabs. Custom shortcuts. Copy pathname as text feature.
Cons: Haven't found any yet.
Summary: This product has completely revolutionized my daily processes as an IT Support Technician. No more plethora of open Windows Explorer windows! Great app, especially since it's free!
