Simple yet powerful, this program manages all your tasks and meetings in a no-nonsense manner. Though the ho-hum interface isn't beautiful, it is completely functional for business software. Clicking the Add Task icon lets you enter information such as priorities, due dates, meeting type and status, and any notes. The program makes it easy to locate particular entries, letting you sort entries by a number of variables. Easy To-Do also offers a great deal of configuration options. For example, you can customize the appearance of the system-tray icon or choose different fonts and colors to indicate task status. Businesspersons looking for a straightforward way to manage their time will benefit from Easy To-Do.Publisher's description

Version: Easy To-Do Lite 2
"New "lite" version is limited. Original version wasn't."
Pros: Easy To Do is a wonderful and powerful program.
Cons: Unfortunately it has apparently been sold and is now split into two programs: "Lite" which is free and "professional" which is $29, soon to be $39. The difference? Lite allows only 200 tasks and 50 maximum tasks active. The Pro version has no limits. Big deal. So if you "upgrade" to the new version, you LOSE functionality. Not a big plus. Too bad. This is a wonderful program in its previous freeware version.

Version: Easy To-Do Lite 2
""no limitations" under "Download Now" is misleading or at least confusing"
Pros: Many features to like and useful for varied tasking control and reminders
Cons: will eventually become obsolete as number of tasks is limited as are active tasks and ID numbers are not re usable. Would not be reliable long term.
