Publisher's description of Easy SIS Creator
Easy SIS Creator is a program that allow you to create SIS files for Symbian cellulars; SIS files are the installation files and contain the programs or the games for Symbian cellulars. They are like simple ZIP self-extractor archive that contains the files and it extracts them in the preselected location. It supports PKG files. PKG file is a file that contains the required commands for creating SIS files.
Version 3 allows you to create SIS for Symbian of 2nd and 3rd Editions.
