  Has excellent telephony features and an easy-to-use API.

  Cons

  It should be made very clear that intended users need to have a telephony card of some sort as well as a development environment such as Microsoft Visual Studio. Previous reviewers may have expected a ready-to-run application.

  This activex control is easy to use but I had a problem with a memory leak. I talked to the company about it and they say they are trying to fix it.

  This activex control is an easy to use wrapper for tapi. It works great, comes with excellent examples and the tech support for allen and martin is amazing.
