The svelte and simple Easy DVD Player has everything most people might need to run a DVD. The interface is compact, slick, and clear. The player lets you zoom in the picture. Cautious parents can set a password to lock movies based on their rating. Easy DVD Player also lets you take screenshots of your favorite moments. You won't find advanced features such as built-in digital sound processing. On the other hand, we were pleased to discover the trial version only displays a nag screen when the program starts up. Easy DVD Player can't match the advanced functionality of more expensive software, but it ought to satisfy casual users who just want to watch a movie.Publisher's description

Pros: quick install, small download
Cons: disable the Aero GUI within vista.

"Biggest Headache You'll Ever Have"
Pros: It was cheap ($30)
Cons: Trial was only 20min, then needed a code. Bought it to get code & registered it. Installed & ran the SW; it hasn't worked properly at all. Major audio issues, doesn't open 90% of the time. Support team doesn't email you back either. 100% Horrible.
Summary: Buy/Download something else.

"Very unsatisfactory DVD player. Don't waste your time!"
Pros: Seems to function with good video and audio and minimal features, but trial period is too short to fully evaluate.
Cons: The trial period lasts approximately 2 minutes before the "nag" screen pops up. The program quits if the "nag" screen is closed leaving system resources tied up. It will restart and run again for approximately 2 minutes before shutting down again.

(But not worth it.)Cons: Played for approx 2 minutes before pop up window to buy comes on. If you don't buy and close the window, the whole program shuts down. Really terrible.
Summary: Download something else. This is not worth it.
