"Won't recognize my Droid."

Pros: Don't know of any good things because it won't recognize my phone.

Cons: The double twist staff won't help. They say things like "try another usb port. Check your cable" The computer connects with the phone but this program won't!!!

Summary: It seems to work on my Macbook Pro, but not on my desktop, where all my music and videos are. I've seen posts where a lot of other people have the same experience. Hope they fix it.
