Very basic. No bells and whistles. Gets the job done and that's all you can really ask for with freeware. If it doesn't work for you, maybe you're too busy looking for instructions, which are not there. You just have to figure it out. It's called one-click...duh!!! Click the button and when it's done click the "Clean" button and it will remove all your registry errors, hidden temp files, wrong shortcuts and more...
