Kept crashing

It looked like exactly what I needed and easy to use.
Cons
Every time I tried to use it, it crashed.

Couldn't use it, every time I tried to use it, it crashed. i'm really disappointed as it looked like exactly what I needed.
Keeps crashing and no support

Pros
The pros are it is easy to use and you can create charts with a bit of practice.
Cons
The cons include the fact it keeps crashing and since I can't find the link and the developer has evaporated there's no way for me to save my work. I'm very upset right now as I have spent over an hour designing a crochet chart only to lose all of my work with the program crashed. I would NOT recommend this product.
Summary
While when the developer still was able to be contacted I'm sure this software was great. But now there is no support, no answer to inquiries, and in several forums they have stated that the develop has just went ghost. I was willing to purchase it, but since I can't find the link and there is no support I'm kind of glad I didn't waste my money.
