"Very simple yet powerful - exactly what I need"
Pros: Has everything I need - clean interface, multiple addresses and phones per contact, multiple categories per contact and it's lightweight.
Cons: minor interface issues with regards to usability

"Software has crashed on me twice"
Summary: After entering over 200 contacts the software has crashed twice today and had to be reinstalled. There are also a lot of error messages.
