It also includes a table of contents to view and search topics. The program features skin care tips, health and fitness advice, and a 20-day low-calorie diet plan. You'll find several calculators to determine daily water requirements, your body mass index, and daily calorie intake for women. The calculators support both the U.S. and metric systems of measurement.

Unfortunately, unlike comparable applications, you can't tailor it to your needs, and it doesn't offer an exercise planner. To add to your woes, only one session is allowed during the trial period. Apart from the calculators, we weren't overly impressed with the program, as it feels more like an electronic magazine than an interactive program. Even so, those looking for a simple program for health and beauty tips might appreciate what this program has to offer.
