  Seller Share-it gave me a registration number that didn't work. Paid for it but only got trial. I tried to get help and Share it- sent me to the Juice website that had a tech support email that was invalid. When I asked Share it for the headquarters contacts they didn't give it to me. They sent a letter to me with the name of another customer. That customer contacted me and said that Share it gave us both the same registration number. They refused to correct it. I reported them to the Federal Trade commission, request for refund from Pay Pal

  Pros

  "Professional" reviews entice you to pay for the full price to get the full-feature package. Uninstalled fairly quickly--although I needed to follow it up with a full computer scan to remove any potential malware it may have installed.

  Cons

  Where to begin? Malware/trojans detected during download &#38; install; looks and feels unfinished; no clear &#38; concise instructions/manual; and, lots of misspellings and incorrect grammar in the popup help (like it was written or translated from Chinese or Russian--terribly), making it difficult to understand what they're trying to tell you. Also, the interface is not very intuitive. Oh, and lastly--it didn't work. It "saw" a track that presumably hadn't been closed the last time the computer burned data to the DVD-R, but that's it. It couldn't locate an ISO file to extract, nor could I create one to save data to. It couldn't list any files or folders to save from the track (Remember, I bought the full version). All in all, a stupendously abysmal product.

  Summary

  I spent one hour trying to figure out this program, to no avail. Frustrated, I searched again for a DVD recovery program, read about ISOBuster, downloaded it, and recovered my lost DVD data within 15 minutes. Not plugging it because I'm an employee or trusted agent - I'm plugging it because it worked, which is more than what I can say about this unpolished program.
