Bought previous version. Just upgraded to this version. Convert much quicker than previous one. And it's free to upgrade.

better if it could support more dvd menus.

I am very happy with this program. It has a simple, straight forward interface. Makes converting files easy and the video quality is great. I was having trouble finding a free program that would convert my MPEG4 files to another format. This does it.
Cons
None so far.
