Took over my computer and left me hanging.

Well, the download did work OK but once loaded and opened, yikes!
Cons
It took over my computer and started the backup without asking me what to do or where to write files. When it finished all I am sure it did was to wipe away all my email messages. No record as to where it put the backup, and the RESTORE asks me for file information which the software never shared with me. I have tried to find a way to get tech support but so far a big fit zero.

this is a wonderful tool to backup your mail, small footprint in the pc and is fast and efficient. Has settings for the novice user along with settings for the expert user. this is exactly what is needed for Outlook backup

the ease of use the software is very easy to use and the settings are easy to configure and edit. The program itself is not large and runs very smoothly and quickly I use outlook & searched for a tool like this for a long time and the best is it is free. I have used thunderbird with Mozback but now I am sold on this backup tool.

No customer service provided! I downloaded product last year as "Free" software but rcvd. message asking me to purchase; removed the product but now get persistent error mssg. on startup of Windows XP. "Support" has ignored 2 requests for help!

I have written to them four times, using their online help request form. Why anyone would use this product when no technical support is available is a mystery to me. Why would anyone use an unreliable program from a vendor that will not be there when support is needed?

Easy to use and fast, best thing , this is free. I use it to backup all my emails before I chance it to a new hard drive.

it don't have option to choose which folder you want or don't want to backup.
Summary
I have tried the other Outlook Express Backup program. It crash all the time. this one is stable.
