how to find web page you mean online web page? all new to me... how to find acer crystal eye webcam? before I download was ok but blurr and after download the desktop became smaller than regular on the screen, its like close up and center nothing on right and left hand side... getting worst... what to do?

I too had the same issues and the good news. You can fix it yourself. Go to the Acer Web page and find Crystal Eye webcam drivers. Select any choice that says LiteOn and download that. You need LiteOn to may the Crystal Eye software work. Give it a try, it works.

Video quality that was once very good is now inferior. When called from applications, often the camera does not even start.

Doesn't solve the driver problems I'm having with Windows 7 on my Acer Aspire 6930 laptop. Previous driver with Vista worked perfectly.

Lack of manuals for installed products.
Summary
Lack of useful literature, either hard copy or electronic, make product useless. Sure it's obvious that still or motion pictures can be had by pressing the correct icon, but how and where are the pix being stored and by what file name. Press the cog icon and you can play with image colors, but hpw do you manipulate the lnes options?
It's really a shame that thjs oversight wrecks an otherwise pleasant ownership experience.
