After 10 years, this is still my go-to for music mgmt.

Pros
The user interface is beautifully designed. It's clean, intuitive, and perfect for everyday use. I am currently running on the software on the new Windows 10 update flawlessly and have had no problems with it transitioning across the other various Windows platforms.
Cons
With the changes Microsoft made to their platforms, Zune software is now defunct and hasn't received any updates or support options for a few years. If you are using it to sync to a device, it may not be the fastest now that Zune Players are no longer around. I personally don't use an iPod or other mp3 player; I have Google Music which syncs to my phone via the cloud and that works just fine.

Summary
Zune is the second largest piece of garbage this side of the Mississippi, eclipsed only by the state of New Jersey. Trying to download the Zune player from the Microsoft website is a nightmare; I had no less than four different error messages trying to install it. If you are having the same problems as I, look no further. CNET has your back.
