Used ZipBot for Windows?
Editors’ Review
It couldn't be easier to ZIP files than with this program, and that is exactly the point. ZipBot's cartoon-like interface is a mere two panes, a set of menu items is superfluous, and the few paragraphs long Help file is overkill.
Operating ZipBot is a mere matter of dropping a file on the left pane to encrypt it in a new ZIP file. Drop files one at a time and individual ZIP files are automatically created. Drop a folder or a selection of files to create a single archive. Drop a ZIP file in the right pane and it's instantly unzipped and dropped into a new desktop folder. That's the extent of this application.
ZipBot's demo allows 50 uses, and that's 48 more than you'll need to judge this program. Novices, children, and lab administrators who need a super-simple archiver/unarchiver should give this utility a chance.
