• Ok program but wish it had more features for voice playback.

  Pros

  This product works as advertised. I find no problems with it and I find it pretty useful once I get rid of all the task I do not want.

  Cons

  Wish there was a way to delete multiple schedules at the same time. At the moment, you have to go through each item and delete them individually which is very time consuming.

  Pros

  It works for me 16 hours per day 7 days a week without a problem. The beauty of this program is that it has clever startup reminders. I noticed that with the startup reminders I rare look at the calendar since Your Voice Reminder tells me about forthcoming events in advance. It saves time. It also supports Windows XP themes that allow it to skin with Windows. It saves time for the separate skinning. I believe that for the time saving program it is better than have separate skinning. On the other hands, its taskbar clock is very customizable.

  Cons

  Well, the running external programs might be useful. However, since Windows has built in Scheduled Tasks this is not so important for me.

  Pros

  It has regular MS Windows look and support Windows themes. It saves your time because you should not spend the time on the separate skinning. Since it always has the look of the current Windows skin it does not distract you from your work and entertainment more than necessary, i.e. again saves your time. On the other hand, when it is important for the time management, the customization is supported. In the taskbar clock you may change not only the font, but also the background color and even customize the border. <p> <p>It is certainly Y2K compliant because the prerecorded date announcement works OK and if you record first time and than date announcement, as I did myself, it works OK also. <p> <p>It is strange that Mad IrishMan in the previous review did not noticed that his suggestion to open the calendar by double clicking already had been implemented. If you double the taskbar clock and then click the button at the bottom or the day view you may use the calendar without the Ctrl <p> <p>In fact, with advanced startup reminders of the program you will rarely need the calendar. You may forget about the calendar but you never miss the startup reminder if you work with your computer at least once a day. Another time saving feature.

  Cons

  The export / import of the alarms and reminders is absent, though it can print to-do list.

  Pros

  The only pros are the ability to change your taskbars clock font and using your own recorded voice for the time and day announcements.

  Cons

  Where did you people dig this thing up??? It looks and acts like an old program. The interface for the calender is difficult and clumsy to operate. Holding down Ctrl to keep the calender up is a pain. Should just be a doubble click. The recording your voice set up needs updated. If you follow the directions on what to say your date will be in the 1000 instead of 2000. Then finding the edit to fix the non Y2K compliant thing is difficult. I would pass on this one.
