YouPlayer lets you create playlists of your favorite YouTube videos to watch while you're browsing the Web. While its missing a minor convenience, its definitely a keeper.

The program operates as a sidebar in your Firefox window. There are two view panels--one for viewing the video and one for creating playlists. A hot-key combo lets you activate or hide the sidebar, and you can opt to play videos in a separate tab. We loved the drag-and-drop feature, which made it easy to quickly add URLs to our playlists. Once you drag it, a right-click will let you edit the entry so that you can assign it a name. There's a save feature to save your playlists to your hard drive if you want. It would have been nice if you had the option of playing the videos continuously. When one video ends, you have to click the next item on the playlist. But that's about our only complaint.

Users of all skill levels will find this free program a great tool for watching their favorite videos.

Developer’s Description

Play YouTube videos in an organized way.

This is a must-have addon for all YouTube fans! YouPlayer is a YouTube video player with playlist similar to the one in Winamp. You may add/drag a YouTube link into a playlist window. When you double-click on it, it will be shown in the video window. You may drag a link to a browser window or right-click it and open in a new tab. You may also add/drag other links, thus the playlist will work as a bookmarker.
