Choose the drill sergeant with the philosophy and training program best for you. Some focus on endurance, others on strength or flexibility. The first drill sergeant is included with the fully functional app, which is entirely free, and other sergeants are optional for a nominal fee. App users (recruits) benefit from workouts for different goals and training levels. Each workout is structured around missions and a point system. Missions include many common exercises, such as pushups, squats, burpees, lunges, and crunches, and of course, running. They are arranged in challenging yet fun sets themed around various training programs, including a military-style bootcamp. For each session, you can choose the type of mission you prefer to work on.The Yes, Drill Sergeant app is designed to help you improve your fitness while being entertained with a virtual training coach. If you exercise best to music, you can also select tunes from your own playlist. You get feedback on both complete and incomplete missions to motivate you to perform better.
