  Pros

  Despite a few glitches, i was able to convert my MDB to xml successfully. That alone makes this software worth its price.

  Cons

  Glitches encountered: 1. Field names with spaces are left alone which xml doesn't allow, 2. Special characters like ampersands (&) aren't xml-encoded. I was able to fix both these issues by using search-and-replace in the resulting xml.
