  I purchased this program several weeks ago, with the transaction handled by a re-seller operating as SWREG. I never received the registration code and there is no way to contact either re-seller or Yasasoft. I smell something illegal here.

  Probably WOULD'VE converted videos to audio files.

  Shortest trial in the world, doesn't prove much.

  Bottom line is this program is a good idea but to only know the first 5 minutes of your video to be converted to audio is not good enough to prove it actually does the job. What it if malfunctions after 20 minutes of conversion? And it's an expensive program. The trial is short and it's not enough to convince me to buy it.

• Rip-off - Does Not Work as Advertised - No Support

  Nothing. There are other/better video converters out there for the files it's capable of handling without self destructing.

  Cons

  Terrible tech support. They never respond to e-mails. I bought this specifically to convert ASF files to avi or m4a. The program abends the second it sees an ASF file.

  I dislike this product because: - It does not do what it says it will do. - Technical support is non-existent - It cost me money to find this out. I feel this company has stolen my money.

• SCAM: Restricted. Pay $$ and never hear from them again

  Spread the word - YASAsoft are SCAM. You can only convert the first 5 minutes of any video (which looks nice) until you pay US$35.00.... but you will never receive a Registration Key as promised by the initial emails received.

  Cons

  Stole my money.........f*#kwits. Never reply to any emails sent. I suggest if you do get ripped off, contact your Credit Card company and have the charge cancelled - if anyone challenges this ask them to prove they provided a product or service.

  Summary

  SCAM.... DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.... The trial version looks nice and has potential... but you will never receive the product... just lose your money.

• Failed with assertion error in mp4 convert

  N/A. Only tried one feature that didn't work.

  The only reason I wanted to try this product is to try converting from mp4 video. It failed with an assertion error as soon as it attempts to read (e.g. if played in the the little playback preview window).

  After a long search, finally found a video converter thats converts VOB to WMV(mpeg) Worked Perfect for me.

  Cons

  Only a 5 minute conversion trial. Well thats better than a watermark or 50% conversion.
