A simple wpf image editing tool that allows complex manipulation/creation of various file formats, including jpg, icon, and cursors. Also allows the usage of paint.net plugins and user defined plugins to develop your own image transforms. Has support for multi layered images and for transforms restricted to user defined/controlled areas.
