• Doesn't do what's advertised

  Doesn't provide the advertised functionality.

  Cons

  Installed the product, and it doesn't allow more than one use to login at a time, no matter which version you choose. It does no more than win7 professional already allows. Maybe it would be useful for someone using a home edition which doesn't have terminal services enabled, but for operating systems where they are enabled, it does nothing. There is no support. I looked at every question in their FAQ, and you'd think if this was supported and anyone had problems there would be an answer... nothing.

  Summary

  Don't waste your time. Use AACS server, it's a much better product. It's a little more at the high end, 2x at the low end, but it works.

  Pros

  Much more cost effective Simple straight-forward setup. Allows unlimited amount of connections, provided your hardware can support. Once installed, works as advertised.

  Cons

  No real phone tech support. The activation of the software can be goofy. Company has not been around long.

  Summary

  I bought the 10-user version of this software. It seems to work great. I have been in IT for 14 years, and I have used other remote access solutions. This seems to be a great alternative for someone who has a centralized server and wants to access it at other locations and offices. Overall, I have had good luck using this software. It's a more cost-effective solution than Microsoft. I will probably use this software more in the future.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Feb 8, 2015<p/>I have used this software on three separate networks running over 100 computers using this software as my terminal server. It has worked great! The tech support isn't that good, but the product seems to work, as advertised. All of the servers that are running this are mission-critical machines, and they have dozens of people using them all day long. Very good product. I'm surprised more people haven't found this software useful. I will continue to use this software as long as it is offered.

  Pros

  I didnt find any.

  Cons

  At 1st during using this program on w 2k3 server, remote desktop is blocked to use, and 2nd program cant be correctly uninstaled, it just dont work (2k3 server, Win7)

  Summary

  At this moment I cant recommend this software.
