XMPEG is a open source converter built on MPEG-1/MPEG-2/AC-3 high quality decoders. It exports video and audio frames through an Adobe Premiere compatible interface. The basic video editing funtionalities use the best algorythms to preserve the maximum quality (HQ Bicubic 0, 0.75). In addition, it supports with AVIWriter the latest encoding format (H264 and AAC, DivX6.4).
