Xteq X-Setup is the most complete hacker ever available for Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT 4.0. And it is everywhere you need it: either in Start - Programs or as a symbol in Settings - Control Panel. Although it offer lots of features, X-Setup is extremely easy to use.
