Xteq X-Setup is the most complete hacker ever available for Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT 4.0. And it is everywhere you need it: either in Start - Programs or as a symbol in Settings - Control Panel. Although it offer lots of features, X-Setup is extremely easy to use. X-Setup offers wizards that allow you to change your system in a step-by-step process. With this feature, configuring your system is as easy as A-B-C (see picture #3 above). Also, it has an Explorer-like layout and the famous back and next buttons you already know from your Internet browser so navigation can't be easier.
