A help file is included, describing how to get started and how to most effectively report SPAM.

The program automatically retrieves the necessary abuse address data directly from the IANA database, the registry intended to record the official abuse address for all ISPs. A check is performed every time the program starts to ensure that the most up-to-date version of this data is used, though the check can be disabled in the Options dialog.

Even if you only take the time to report one or two each day, doing so will, in time, significantly reduce the number of SPAM messages.
