CAUTION: Non-Functioning and Abandoned by Developer

Pros
Simple layout. Good set of features - if it worked.
Cons
This program no longer works on most installations of Windows (probably due to one of the Windows updates). The last update to this program was back in 2003. At that time it worked. Looks like developer lost interest and no longer answers support issues. I tried installing on 3 different machines with no success. Do not waste your time. Can import address lists, send HTML or text, add attachments, personlize mails. works like a gem, and it's free!
Cons
Some things are a bit annoying, like adding lots of new names to the list. Solve this by doing it in excel and importing the addresses in Worldcast... easy

Product is very easy to use - when it works.
Cons
I have three installations using the product and it currently is not working at any of them. One problem report is still unassigned after 6 weeks. I suggest avoiding this product.
