This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
Ok, I'll admit it--I am almost giddy at the return of this simple, but wonderful plugin. I don't remember which system upgrade broke the previous version, but I have SO missed having the ability to view Word documents within Safari. Especially since a website I need to visit fairly frequently for work insists on posting their daily schedule in Word format--and even with Quick Look, it was still a pain-in-the-a$$ to have to download the document first every time. And then there are the sites that offer forms and templates in Word format--now I can look first and decide which to download.
I'm so happy to have this back, I would send the developer some money if there were a donate button somewhere. But in the meantime, thank you so much.
Excellent Support

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
this is really quite slick. worked perfectly in safari from the git, installed in /library/internet plug-ins -- works in mozilla firebird 1.4a now that i have installed in ~/library/internet plug-ins. can't get it to work with mozilla 1.6a at all, but since safari's my main browser i don't really care.
Great! Can Mail.app do this?

I'm wondering whether one can have such a plugin available for Mail.app? As it is, I can drag .doc attachments from an email into TextEdit, or Safari now as well. If a plugin can do this for Safari, then couldn't such a plugin render the doc in Mail.app directly?
Thanks!
