Very nice

- This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
I honestly never thought I'd use an RSS newsfeed app (oddly enough, I wrote one once). I've looked at a few, but didn't care for them. Then I found this app, and I really like it. Unobtrusive, easy to set up (VERY easy) and extremely well priced.
Beautiful, practical, and still getting better

- This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
Strongly recommended. A few minutes after I first tried, no: *used* NewsTicker, I became dependent on it's value. Every once in a while I try out other tickers, but they all lack simple features which this small and unobtrusive but IMO near perfect NewsTicker has. If you're multitasking, if you need to be informed, if your time is valuable, then this app is for you. For me at least it is an essential. Thank you, Tom p.s.: I gave 5 stars also for support/documentation because it's all self-explaining and the author is very responsive (more than I am ;-))

- This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
Amazing little app, amazing GREAT app Just when I thought that NewsTicker couldn't get any better, you've released an even better NewsTicker, an even more beautiful NewsTicker. Thanks, Maksim! Now I have a beautiful rainbow-coloured newsbar across my 17 inches, first thing I look at after awakening my machine and last thing look at before putting it to sleep. It's been a long time since a "small" app like this became an essential in an instant. You have my vote as "App of the year". Cheers, Tom

Hits the mark

- This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
Been following this apps development since the initial beta release, and comversed with the developer during its growth. I think it's finally hit the point where it is a solid app. Developer is quick to respond and open to suggestions. The feature set finally fires on all cylinders, and there looks to be more goodies in the pipeline. There could be a bit of documentation, either a readme or in the about box for some of the features (control-click to mark item as read for instance). Simple, clean and customizable. Worth your $5 if you try it and like this sort of thing.
Awesome

- This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
Great App. A permanent part of my start up items. For $5 you can't afford NOT to register this app :). Author is very commited and open to suggestions. One thing I would like to see: Set expiration for headlines... some stories scroll by and I have no interest in clicking onto them.. They should dissappear after they are gone from the source feed, or maybe let user expire thyem after 1 day, etc... right now they seems to keep scrolling by till i click on them...maybe i missed something...
Outstanding
