Wise Reminder is a tool to help you stay on top of your daily tasks and appointments by sending you alerts at times that you set. Create alerts for anything you want, and then relax, because you can be sure the app won't let you miss anything important.

Pros

Nice interface: This app has an appealing and accessible interface, from which you can view all reminders, add new ones, and edit existing entries quickly. With everything laid out in front of you, it's easy to stay on top of upcoming events.

Reminder options: When an alert goes off, a pop-up window appears in the lower right-hand corner of your screen. From here, you can select the "I Got It" button to turn off the alert, or you can choose to postpone the alert for a few minutes or hours from the drop-down menu in the alert window. That way, you can finish up the task you're working on and not have to worry about forgetting the alert.

Cons

No view options: When you're looking at your preset alerts, you can only view them in a list. It would be nice to have some other viewing options, including perhaps a calendar view.

Bottom Line

Wise Reminder is an efficient alert program to help you stay on top of events in your schedule. It's free, and its intuitive interface makes for a very pleasant user experience.

Pros
It's EASY to use. That's a Big Pro for me. I Need something Quick and Easy to Use. I like that it has an "Ignore" Button when the Reminder pops up. The Menu/Settings are Simple (practically note). Closes to the System Tray, Starts with Windows. Set it and Forget it.
Cons
Doesn't predict for me the winning lottery ticket numbers.
Summary
Another Intuitive, Intelligent, and just plain ol' Great "Wise" Product. I use them ALL! ...or at least all that pertain to my Vista system and the associated operations and use of same. I set 'em and forget em' and my Vista system runs smoother than any clock and certainly cleaner than any germ infested whistle... I especially get a kick out of the pop up that arrives shortly after I reboot that tells me how fast my system starts up and is ready for business... I like how it describes my system as a snail, a bicycle, a car, or a Jet... I'm usually a car, and if I downgrade to a bicycle or snail, I know somethings amiss, and the popup has a button that says "Speedup" so I can instantly go and see my Startup junk and give it the once over... Wisecare 365 Pro! Get It, Forget It! Also See "Pros" above, about "Reminder". I'm Not affiliated with Wise at all, I just very much like their stuff, and I like to Write, and especially Write Junk like this. Enjoy Everything! "Bring Back DOS!" John B.
