• Two Words: Doesn't Work

  Tips that don't fit into the space provided, so you can't read them, popup tips that flash on then disappear so quickly you can't read them, and then when you scan a folder for 'all files', it doesn't recognise Word documents or PDFs... all invisible. Hmm.. not good for a document management system to be incompatible with Word files and PDFs.

  Pros

  -Ability to organize documents, into user defined categories and subcategories. <p>-Internal text search. <p>-Can create tables within the application. <p>-Automatic internal database backup.

  Cons

  -Can only import, not link to existing documents, so if you edit a Word file which had been imported, the copy in the Wise software will not reflect your changes. <p>-Can only handle text documents and images. No way to import other typical documents, such as spreadsheets, power point, etc. <p>-No direct scanner activation, so images must be first scanned, then imported. <p>-Folder import did not work. <p>-Dialog boxes are in atrocious English.

  As soon as I installed the product on my Win XP Home system and tried to open the program, I received an error: "Collating sequence selected not supported..." <p> <p>No real help in program or online for this error. <p> <p>Does not do a clean uninstall. Some items have to be removed manually.
