• Horrible - Misreports directory size

  I installed this on a Windows 2003 File Server and implemented quotas by directory name. Unfortunately, the software has a terrible tendency to show the directory size as much higher than the actual size of the contents. This didn't always happen immediately, sometimes it took a few days, but it happened repeatedly. It would cause directories to reach their quota limit prematurely. Even removal of the quota was a pain. It showed it was gone, but then would reappear. Their tech support is somewhere overseas and sends e-mail. They said they knew about these problems and sent patches which didn't work. The only thing I could do to get users operational again was uninstall the software and reboot my production server. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone.
