It allows the user to customize appointment books, set time intervals, set number of columns, set start and end times for the book, and schedule by resource. The appointment search feature helps the user find the first available appointment. Templates can be setup to do standardized searches.

One of the top reasons for rejected claims is incomplete or incorrect information on claims forms, member number, group number, etc. WINMED Professional gives you the ability to scan a patient's insurance card. Once the card is scanned, the patient on the card is recognized as a patient in the system. Their information from the card is then populated in their file creating a new policy for the patient. Manual entry is minimized and overall accuracy is increased.
