Purchased the software, tried to install it on first thumbdrive, it doesn't work. I purchased a brand new thumbdrive and still it doesn't work. Contacted support and first "help" they given was a link to re-download the software. Still, it wouldn't install on a brand new thumbdrive. When I reached out to support again, the only answer is a one-liner "install it on a new PC".

I would like to think this is a scam company

its a demo and they asking to people to buy the full version of the software so that you can actualy be able to do what you were searching for so thats no help, and the its not free.= just waist of time.
