WinChanger 2000 is designed to allow you to alter many desktop settings. It will allow you to customize the icons of your drives, rename the start button, change the start menu icons, edit the new documents menu, and hide drives from other users. Further examples include the adding of a background to the Windows and Internet Explorer toolbars, the changing of folder icons, changing of the shortcut arrow icon ,and disabling of the start-up splash screen. Many more features may be customized with this completely redesigned update version.

Notice that it doesnt include WinXP in the OS list. i didnt and it costed me. it replaces windows XP icons with 2000 ones. If you do have 2000, get this.
WinChanger performs unnecessary tasks very well.
