  Free and simple. VERY simple.

  Not really useful for tweaking. As one reviewer says, "it is just for modifying the screen saver".

  Summary

  If you want to fully "tweak" all the windows settings then this is not for you. The ubiquitous "Tweak UI" does a better job.

  Summary

  Based on the description,(which is very vague), I thought this might be a tweak UI type of application -- but, it`s main purpose is to simply modify a screen saver (Bubbles) that is built into windows. If you want to tweak and modify settings in all parts of windows, then you need to look elsewhere -- this thing will not do it.
