A use once and then delete type of program

- Not really useful for tweaking. As one reviewer says, "it is just for modifying the screen saver".

- If you want to fully "tweak" all the windows settings then this is not for you. The ubiquitous "Tweak UI" does a better job.

- Based on the description,(which is very vague), I thought this might be a tweak UI type of application -- but, it`s main purpose is to simply modify a screen saver (Bubbles) that is built into windows. If you want to tweak and modify settings in all parts of windows, then you need to look elsewhere -- this thing will not do it.
