  Nothing. Carries no important matches for Indian team. Not even IPL.

  No phone contact provided for customer service. No link provided to cancel subscription. Been emailing and contacting on Twitter for over a month. No reply. Will call my bank and cancel their payment.

  Summary

  Extremely disappointing. Such companies bring bad name to India and Indian businesses. Wish there was a way to give them rating of zero.

  They will send 5 replies saying please continue after you ask for cancellation. Will charge next month (probably a trick) and when you ask about it, they will NOT refund but give credit for future purchases(?!). How will want to purchase here in future?

  Summary

  I enjoyed watched paid cricket on willow for a few years now but disappointed with the business practice. My subscription went up without any notice - no email. auto renew monthly and I find myself paying twice the money each month. Make sure you check your credit card statements often. Good luck if they can cancel your subscription on time

  1. Essentially this is a service designed to scam people out of their money. 2. Once you subscribe, there is no way for you to cancel - they will continue to charge your credit card even if you follow the process for cancellation. 3. The only way to get out of it is to dispute the charge as many times as they bill you by calling your credit card company and/or block your card. 4. This was a pain because I had to get a new card and reset all my other auto-billing with honest merchants.

  Summary

  SCAM WEBSITE. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO THEM.

  1). Resolution isn't as good as reposts on youtube 2). Customer support is in India. Be prepared for broken English and they expect you to hand hold their debugging...on their time. Hope you like a long debugging session at 3am. 3). Full of commercials that BLAST the volume. I was shocked looking at youtube replays of the IPL that those commercials weren't there. Willow TV adds the saturation advertising. The adverts are insulting in the extreme and LOUD. If you set the cricket so you can barely hear it, be prepared for complaints from the neighbors when the adverts come on! 4). Crap software. Very Windows centered, and they would rather make something unusable than risk that one person might get it for free. Paranoid about not grubbing after every nickel they can get. Beware Novell Moonlight for Linux (their solution). In 30 years using Unix, it is THE ONLY time I've seen the X server hang horribly. 5). Bait and switch. But a 2 year plan, they change it in 6 months? Tough!

  Summary

  This company was started by a guy that got his jollies off of gouging his Indian friends for cricket. Back in 2004 it worked. Then people got wise and deserted. He used his capitol to buy a sweetheart deal with Dish TV and now has a monopoly. Back to ripping everyone off!

  unethical THEY WOULD NEVER CANCEL AND KEEP CHARGING YOU. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS WHEN YOU CANCEL. THIS METHOD TO 1000's of CUSTOMERS CAN EARN THEM $$$$.

  Probably nothing. I watched willow through internet, and it usually took 5-6 seconds to start (when my internet connection speed is tremendous, 24Mbps download, 6Mbps upload). Quality is good for a couple of minutes and then deteriorates....

  Cons

  EVERYTHING. 1. Without telling you, they'll enroll you in a recurring monthly package. I came to know this 2 months later. 2. PATHETIC support system. The only to contact them is via email. THey have no registered address or phone number. And they usually take 2-3 days to reply. Even then, they'll not answer your question directly! When I emailed them to cancel my subscription, they replied me (2 days later), saying you can watch IPL and other crap. Then when I confirmed cancelation, they again replied (2 days later), saying they are offering me 50% discount or something. Finally, 10 days after sending the original email, they canceled my subscription. Even then they charged me $5 cancellation fee (which was hidden somewhere in their terms of use).

  Summary

  I can't stress it enough, but DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM WILLOW TV. Their customer service is poor (poor is an understatement. It is PATHETIC. REALLY PATHETIC), their terms and conditions are hidden so you cannot find anything, they enroll you in monthly charges and hidden fees ... and most of all, the quality is not good at all!!

  * The streaming will throw us off as frequent as every 2-3 minutes we should keep switching between multiple streaming links given which is very poor in quality * Once you subscribe, you are subscribing Willow services for ever * Unresponsive willow tv support in cancellation of services. You must be very lucky if you get any response from "support@willow.tv" to unsubscribe the monthly package * A charge of $5 for cancellation, do not understand why we need to pay this for cancellation(Although it is extremely difficult to get in touch with the willow tv support group)

  When you ask for a cancellation of "Willow TV Monthly Subscription" via email to support@willow.tv which is the only way of contacting willow.tv no phone contact information anywhere on their website. But, there will be no response confirming the cancellation. Frustrating the customers is their USP The willow.tv website says in the terms of use, to send an email to support@willow.tv to unsubscribe and a $5 charge will be issues to unsubscribe. But, there will be absolutely no response from the support team. Pathetic customer support and no phone contact is the worst part.

  No way to cancel on their website, then simply defer and finally ignore all emails requesting cancellation of their service. In the end you have to dispute their credit card charge with your bank to stop them billing you. This is NOT how reputable businesses work.

  Summary

  Don't let a bad business run in a deceitful way take your hard-earned money. If Willow really wants to be taken seriously as the only legitimate provider of credit streaming in the USA, then stop this shameful way of ripping people off. They give Cricket a bad name and should be shut down. Dirty, Dirty, Dirty.

  I totally agree with the first review. This company acts like a thug, trying to rip you off. I got an email from Willow in Dec (2011) saying I had a $10 credit on my account (from world cup subscription) that I can use for the Ind/Aus series. When I logged into my account the credit was nowhere to be found. I signed up anyway, thinking they will just reimburse me after I email them about it. No such luck. They told me I can use it towards the second month fee. I didn't want the service the second month, but went along so I could use the $10 credit. On Feb 26, 2012 I tried to cancel the subscription on their website but there was no such option available. So I emailed them asking them to cancel the subscription immediately and not to renew it for another month (which started on Feb 27). Since then I have gotten 4 responses from Willow simply evading my cancellation request. I finally had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. Attached below is my email exchange (masking my name and email) with Willow: On Sun, Feb 26, 2012 at 8:26 PM, HP <xxxxxx@gmail.com> wrote: Hi, Today is the last day of my monthly subscription cycle and I would like to end my monthly subscription.
