The athlete can video their performance and send video to info@teamball.net we will review video for authenticity and the top performers video will be seen in the apps Versus mode until someone beats his/her performance.- Game plan mode is designed to show every athlete how to Bow Down or Compete (BDOC!) in football, basketball, baseball, and soccer. Game plan maps out your workout for the athlete and complete how to section.- Demo mode is designed to give an athletes updated videos on how to BDOC! All demo videos are performed at instructional pace. The athletes workout will simulate game speed.
