Features intelligent refine search features by category, file type or custom metadata filters. Create & share personal collections of assets or enable global collections for products, campaigns, promotions & events. Download assets individually or order assets in any format to yourself or others features web-based fulfillment via email with a secure pickup page.

Use web publishing features including embed codes for images, PDF, video & audio formats and socialize assets to YouTube, Facebook & Twitter. Upload assets with simple drag & drop uploads, hi-speed file transfers available or bulk ingest by firewire drive. Admin Features include: version control & conflicted assets handling, batch metadata adding and editing, unlimited custom metadata types for different assets, embedded metadata support (EXIF, IPTC, XMP), controlled vocabulary support, asset change history tracking, and user and asset tracking & reporting.
