Relatively easy to build a decent website. It won't be the most advanced or modern site on the internet. But it's not bad. Somewhat easy to use, some basic help docs and videos, plus decent phone or chat support.
Cons
Oh my, so many. The help is VERY incomplete, the site builder is super limited (and limited on things that SHOULDN'T BE like fonts, background colors, header layout and structure, etc). Shipping can't be estimated in real time, you can't organize products into folders, only categories... Customer information is terribly limited, you don't have access to the person who placed the order in the first place! Only shipping info. You can't adjust order details or totals. It's hard to add a logo and make it work. The limitations with Weebly are HUGE so beware!!! Weebly Help guide is a joke for the most part. Too basic, glosses over details and numerous important subjects.
Summary
I'm somewhat pleased with some of the features and service that Weebly offers. However the limitations are major. I had an older webiste that I needed to bring into this century and finally chose Weebly after a long search. I'm really beginning to think it was a mistake. I've had to give up a ton of services, features, usability that I had with my previous site builder, shopping cart service and gateway. Anyone wanting a very basic site who doesn't care much about their customers should give Weebly a try. Now, I will just try and figure out how to make this work for my well established company with about 100+ products and options....grrrrr.
with Weebly you don't need a host

Pros
Easy to use, vatious templates, themes, plugins, professional pages, save on time and effort, fast not cutoff times.
Cons
none at all.. though someone might argue about them not having domain emails coming with your website. you have to purchase one from gmail.
Summary
Weebly is Easy to use, vatious templates, themes, plugins, professional pages, save on time and effort, fast not cutoff times. I have been with them for over one year with two sites designed and hosted with them including buynewdinar.com and swisswatchportal with no down times or cutoff times.. i even get over 100000 monthly visitors with no problems at all. most important for those who want to use them, try not to make your site a photobucket or a youtube and u are on the safe side.
One of the best but not the best one.

Pros
Unlimited number of pages on a website, very easy and intuitive drag and drop editor.
Cons
I don't much like Weebly templates. I can't say that they aren't professional but they aren't so beautiful as I was expected. After Wix - where there are gorgeous templates - Weebly templates look more primitive.
Summary
I've analyzed almost ten different website builders on webbuildersguide.com - both free and paid. After using half of them I've chosen Weebly, Wix from free ones and Squarespace.com - from paid ones. Weebly is very simple and easy-to-use but as I said before - their website templates look boring comparing to Wix and Squarespace. Also another strange feature that if you want to sell anything from your website on Weebly - Weebly will take 3% commission. In general I liked Weebly but it's not the best offer I've met.
Not what it could be
jtitone
Pros
Drag and drop functionality
Wide array of templates
Cons
Blog functionality is sub-par
No option to insert multiple images in text block
Not responsive to customer requests for improvement
No option for user to edit functionality
Summary
I would not recommend Weebly, especially to anyone wanting to use the blog function. I've requested two easy and universally used changes and they haven't responded other than "we don't have that feature." As it is, you can't create a sidebar list of recent blog post headlines. And you can't insert more than one photo into a text block. Very frustrating.
Love it until you need support!

Pros
great overall tool in so many ways
Cons
Support is awful. I changed a few spacing issues in CSS over 3 years of use... now I have an issue, and they refuse to give me even advice... let alone real support. I am using their template, but made a few little changes, and they tell me that they wont support it all going forward.
So, if you want to do a quick family website... fine. but this is not for businesses!!! Buyer Be Ware!
Summary
Don't do it if you have to rely on it!
Product nice but tough for novice.
lehmason36
Pros
Looks great, nice templates, good customer service.
Cons
For a 1st timer, who doesn't know how to code it was very hard to use. Couldn't fully customize everything. Had to eventually use an experienced designer.
Summary
Eventually used an website design company, SMR Website Design. They did a great site for me cheap. Better than I coulve done.
Best and very easy website creator
Coolboy12355
Pros
Reasonable Prices there not the best, Easy to use and set up a domain and you can create a store with goods and secure SSL and is just better over all and if you lose internet connection most of your stuff is saved from the time you where disconnected as long as you do not close the browser and hit retry when the box appears
Cons
Sometimes weebly can have a bit of a lag on slower connections
Summary
Weebly is a web creator that you should go check out and create your own opinions about.
Weebly isn't really free.
kdm98
Pros
The software is good for novice website builders.
Cons
I gave this to an employee to update our website, but found out that THIS ISN'T FREE. Once designed, you have to pay to upload it anywhere and it is monthly. You either pay weebly to host your site or you pay them monthly to upload the site to your own. There is no option to one time pay to upload the site that was created.
Summary
User friendly

Pros
This is an excellent web site design suite. Plenty of templates to choose from, or create one yourself. Web site is easy to navigate with fairly helpful features. You have the ability to link to Facebook and other social media with built in widgets. Weebly also hosts your domain or you can purchase one from them. Not the cheapest hosting service but it doesn't seem to crash like others. Also seems to be spam free.
Cons
No free email accounts. They have partnered with Gmail for $4 a month.
Summary
I have used Weebly for a couple of years and host two web sites on their platform with excellent results.
For the price (free), Weebly is second to none.
Tollbridge
Pros
Weebly gives the user a large selection of predefined templates of which company logos, photos, blogs etc. can be added to give each site a new look which surpasses the quality of nearly all other user created websites I've come across. I have paid so called 'professional site builders' to represent my brand and after only 2 hours I had built a site I was proud of and I have received many compliments from clients. The mobile apps available on Android and ios are stable and facilitate quick updates and media uploads.
I can see many individuals, families and small business owners using Weebly to create professional looking sites as an alternative to Facebook pages. The potential for Weebly in my opinion has not yet been fully realized.
It's now possible for anybody to have a website online that doesn't resemble the days of Geocities.
Premium users have access to detailed site stats on a simple dashboard layout. Each site can be saved in code for extra reassurance.
Cons
As a premium subscriber I'd enjoy the option to have access to a larger variety of stock, digital rights free image gallery. With that exception I feel I have access to one of the most user friendly services available.
Summary
o Weebly is the simplest website builder I have come across. It takes literally hours to create a fully customizable website that any business owner would be proud to upload and show to the world. You can then track how the world views your site daily, monthly easy-to-use statistical application, either sent to your email or via a stable ios / Facebook app. As a small businesses owner, the paid version was absolutely worth the invement providing me with valuable statistics for SEO.
