Jotform has been so helpful for creating forms for our non-profit organization. Membership forms and convention registrations are so much easier with Jotform!

When downloading the forms into Excel, URLs are not automatically hyperlinked.

-full details can be entered in the form - include a signature (incase you have a delivery business) - fully interactive and easy to build form in seconds - can send the form to multiple email address on the click of submit button

i dont think we have any issues or problem other than sometime when u submit the form, it delay the email. this happens once in a blue moon and can be ignored.

Excellent Form building site for the newbies and professionals. if you are in the business where you have to have automated generated forms with the signature or others addons, i must say jotform is the best. i'm using this site for more than an year and had barely any issues. Keep up the good work Jotform team.

Very easy to use form builder and is able to generate and hold information securely. Easy to extract data and compile into my own databases and the support has always been excellent whenever I've had an issue.
Cons
The Dashboard style can sometimes be buggy
