  Lots of features including payment collection, Multiple themes and designs Can be easily added to WordPress and other CMSs Short learning curve and forums available for help.

  Nothing of concern to me.

  Well developed and maintained form software. Saves submissions which can be exported and imported into other software like Excel.

  Pros

  Jotform has been so helpful for creating forms for our non-profit organization. Membership forms and convention registrations are so much easier with Jotform!

  Cons

  When downloading the forms into Excel, URLs are not automatically hyperlinked.

  Pros

  -full details can be entered in the form - include a signature (incase you have a delivery business) - fully interactive and easy to build form in seconds - can send the form to multiple email address on the click of submit button

  Cons

  i dont think we have any issues or problem other than sometime when u submit the form, it delay the email. this happens once in a blue moon and can be ignored.

  Summary

  Excellent Form building site for the newbies and professionals. if you are in the business where you have to have automated generated forms with the signature or others addons, i must say jotform is the best. i'm using this site for more than an year and had barely any issues. Keep up the good work Jotform team.

  Pros

  Very easy to use form builder and is able to generate and hold information securely. Easy to extract data and compile into my own databases and the support has always been excellent whenever I've had an issue.

  Cons

  The Dashboard style can sometimes be buggy

  Great service. Can easily create forms. As all submissions are recorded, we can still grab the submission if there is issue with email.
