• SCAM!!!!!!!

  Pros

  The software is clunky and doesn't work well. The customer service is a nightmare and a scam! They will steal your money and refuse to give it back.

• WEBWATCHER SCAM

  Pros

  None. If there are I wouldn't know as I could not even get the program downloaded even with over 2 hours of speaking with tech support.

  Cons

  Tech support was incompitent, he kept having me do the same tedious things over and over. Then I gave them access to my phone so they could just download it for me(per refund agreement this MUST be done before you can even request a refund) after an hour the tech support guy tells me he couldn't access my phone, despite the fact that my phone said that he was accessing it. Then I ask for a refund and the same Jarod tells me I have to allow tech support to access my phone before I can even request a refund per their policy. Which I already knew and had explained when I requested the refund. The response I got after requesting the refund appeared to be a VERY generic blanket response, he addressed NONE of my actual concerns. I also followed the EXACT instructions when installing, I feel I did everything correctly, the fact that tech support couldn't even get this program installed after 2 hours tells me there is absolutely something shady about this program.

  Summary

  Instead of buying this program take $110 dollars out of your wallet, put it on BBQ and light that cash on fire because that is the same thing as giving these people money.

• SCAM company - Cautious, product does not work

  Pros

  You will never get your refund , why its a pro (because that is their company policy as per Jaden their Refund manager) so pro for the company

  Cons

  It does not work, when asked for support, they want to charge me for each support session. It works on some extension on the browser which could be easily disabled also if the user goes incognito or private browsing mode it does not work. This product could be used for small children below 7 years, its useless product. I paid and despite proving it does not work, they want to offer me some other product instead but would not refund.

  Summary

  I made a big mistake, for each thing you need they ask you to pay so its one big hoax once trapped you sink deeper into it.

  Worked initially, but even when it did it was SO SLOW. It would take multiple hours to review any actions. Plus, it didn't record common things and the display was unnecessarily difficult to use. IT then stopped all logging after about two months. I had to call to get it fixed, which was also not user friendly (surprise) and didn't actaully fix all of the logging issues. It stopped logging again a couple of weeks later and hasn't worked since. Terrible program. Terrible interface. Terrible execution.

• Wonderful features!

  Pros

  I have been really happy seeing all the screen shots this software takes, especially of all the alert words I have set up. This shows me when any of these words appear on the computer, whether it's in instant messages, emails and even webpages! This feature really makes sure I'm getting the full picture of what's happening on the computer.

  Pros

  My wife and I have used WebWatcher for a couple years on all our family's devices. Now that our kids are getting older, we have purchased for their own laptops and cells phones too. There are so many incredible features with this software and the peace of mind knowing that you can keep your family safer is wonderful.

  Pros

  I've been using WebWatcher on my daughter's laptop and am so happy to have it. It's great for busy parents like me who want to monitor their growing teens and help protect them online. I have a list of alert words that the software captures from her chats, emails, websites, etc.

  Pros

  My wife and I have tried different monitoring software for our kids in the past, but the other products we've used do not compare to WebWatcher. The amount of features for the price is really extensive, and the 24/7 support available is an extra bonus that not many other companies offer. We have been happy customers this past year and are so glad we switched.

  Pros

  This software was easy for me to install. I like that it runs undetected and you don't have to go on the computer that's being monitored. You just log in from any other computer to check the account.

  Pros

  I was able to chat with their sales team before I bought the software so I was aware of all the benefits of using it. I'm glad that I can block websites both by category or by specifically adding others individually.
