Add the capability to play, record, and convert WAV files to your applications.

AudLib ACM Wave Player, Recorder, Converter OCX contains controls to play, record, convert, compress, and encode WAV audio files with the Windows ACM (Audio Compression Manager). Different types of WAV encoding and compression, such as ADPCM or MP3, are possible. The control features multifile parallel support, volume control, position changes, looping, multithread support, background conversion, and real-time level meters. This OCX is a subset of the Multimedia Tools library and can be used within all development programs that can use ActiveX controls such as Visual Basic, Visual C++, and many more.

If you are a Software Developer MAYBE you can use the Bits and Pieces of Program files they give you to make something work. But this is by NO MEANS a USABLE Program for someone who wants to Record Wave Files for their Computer like the outline SAID it was. The Bits and Pieces they give you don't even have enough coordination to know what file they are suppose to OPEN with!!! Is ANYONE making USABLE Software these Days?
