  If you are a Software Developer MAYBE you can use the Bits and Pieces of Program files they give you to make something work. But this is by NO MEANS a USABLE Program for someone who wants to Record Wave Files for their Computer like the outline SAID it was. The Bits and Pieces they give you don't even have enough coordination to know what file they are suppose to OPEN with!!! Is ANYONE making USABLE Software these Days?

  I downloaded it and it looked like it would be great but it didn't work. I tried opening every program file possible, but not one of them were workable. I got an error message. Needs some work.
