Fantastic concept!

Pros
extremely easy to use, and allows you to send documents and tell exactly who can see them.
Cons
none that I can think of.
Summary
This is a fantastic concept, allowing you to share files with others and still always be in control. Being able to do so is extremely powerful and i haven't seen any other tool doing that.
