• Can't get serial number from Adobe!

  Have heard great reviews online. It seems like a good package which was why I decided to purchase from Adobe.

  The problem is that Adobe only sells it online. And if you purchase it from their online store, it is currently not possible to get a serial number. See this forum post for our struggles: http://forums.adobe.com/message/2014357#2014357

  Summary

  Not only that, but once you have given Adobe your money, and they have NOT given you the software, reports are that it is very difficult to get a refund. I do not recommend anyone purchase this software from Adobe online. And since this seems to be the only way to get the software now, it is unavailable. This is a shame because I wanted to try it out. If anything changes and Adobe comes up with a solution, I will post back here.

  What con - there is no trial!!

  Summary

  I have yet to test it out but keep hearing great things about it - so, I hit up download.com and come to find out they have a 'trial' since adobe doesn't offer this on their site. Yet, during installation it requires a "key" - you try to get one but money hungry Adobe stopped doing trials. Take this down download.com - it's hurting your credibility
