Automate your response to many types of e-mail.

Vamp is an advanced and very versatile mail processor. Its main purpose is to pre-process that mail which requires standard responses. It can also be used to extract and collate data from the message body (e.g. web forms). Messages can be filtered on any header fields. Data extracted from the message body can be written to a file or used to compose an outgoing message. Run applications remotely by sending email. Version 1.8.4.148 includes some enhancements and bug fixes.

Works very well when its working...

Pros
Does what it says, reads pop accounts, then looks for specifics (you setup) can also log details (how you want them logged) then send an email with an attachment. Has auto backup and keeps history of backups (as you specify)
Cons
Can only attach 1 file only, no others. When it breaks they dont seem to know how to fix it (but then it is 4+ years old now).... we changed the date format on the PC and needed a re-install...... abit of a shame that, need to look for new software.
Summary
It works very well, very little system resource needed, however as times moving on with Windows software gets out dates which this looks like has happened, however when its working it works very well...
