Pros
1. Extremely easy to use 2. Auto Defect Capture 3. Running test in multiple browsers 4. Copy and paste functionality in all modules, saves a lot of time 5. Automatic Report Generation which is fully customisable, can't be any better.
Cons
I wish it had a rich text formatting when writing requirements and test cases along with spell checker.

Cool product I tested it with about three others going through UAT and it seems like this is the only product that can do what you need for UAT.

You can run imports/export stuff so its cool for bug management. <p>UI is simple and intuitive. <p>But would say its worth reading the project setup bit from the manual
