  Summary

  As might have been noticed already, the company is no longer in business. Even the official link provided by CNET is no good. I have a physical CD copy that I bought back in 2008, and it worked fine then. However, since I got a new computer, it won't even install. After bypassing the compatibility issue by running the installer as XP program, I was asked to provide the password. I provided the password that I've used in my previous machine, and I only get "waiting to connect to server" messages, no matter what. Therefore, the 30 bucks I spent on the CD is now wasted.

  well this software was suppose to convert dvd videos to the psp format if you could get it working in windows 7 or vista that is

  companys dead the site link is dead and leads to a bogus web site that has malware and spyware attached to it so thanks for that cnet

  Pros

  Nothing, installed and crashed my computer.

  Cons

  Ruined my computer just as the person had to theirs above. Wouldn't let me Check Disk, no running on normal mode and can't delete the program, uninstall from CPanel on Safe Mode.

  Summary

  Don't get unless you want to end up like me. I thought maybe I would be ok and nothing would happen to me, but it did. Don't get it!

  My PC hard drive crashed 2 times, second time made me buy a new PC. I purchased and have an installation key that is useless because they only allow 2 installs. I have tried to contact them every way possible, no response. BambooTech sucks!!

  Summary

  Do not buy this product, I love the way it works, but the no support issue really sucks!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not about to buy it again. Have only had the app for 8 months.

  sophomoric copyright protection. If you upgrade your PSs and try to install you have to go thru EMAIL hell

• This is the absolute best solution for movies on the PSP

  Pros

  Finally there is a way for me to convert and store my movies, then transfer them in just a few seconds to my PSP when I want them. This product is the fastest convertor there is and has the best interface I have worked with.

  Cons

  The only thing this product doesn't do is rip protected movies, but with anyone of the rippers available on the internet like AnyDVD, I have been able to copy all of my movies easily with Video Vault.
